Initial Consultation and Treatment session (1.5-2 hours) - This includes a detailed health history consultation as we work on a specific treatment protocol to address your health concerns. Consultation may be done via phone (please message me if for this option). Treatment session may include one or more of the following: acupuncture, cupping, gua-sha, nutrition/lifestyle support, auricular therapy, breathing techniques, light therapy, herbal and supplements.

Intro to Acupuncture + Cupping session (1 hour) - This will is more focused on relaxing the nervous system while releasing neck, shoulder, and back tension. For specific or multiple health concerns, please book the "Initial Consultation + Treatment" session.

Fire Glass Cupping session (30 min) - For those who are short of time and want a cupping session only.
